International School Nadi is proud to be operating as a non-profit organisation. All funds received are used to cover school operating expenses including:

  • IB membership & assessment fees
  • Stationary supplies & teaching resources
  • Software subscriptions; including Managebac, JSTOR, MAP Growth, Turnitin, & anti-virus software
  • Electricity, gas, water supply
  • Security services
  • IT equipment & WiFi
  • Air conditioning, refrigeration
  • Maintenance & repairs
  • Insurance for property & staff
  • Training and Professional Development of staff members
  • Sanitisation supplies
  • Staff salaries & recruitment

Stage 1 of the enrollment process includes providing you as the parent with the relevant information you will need in order to identify whether ISN is suitable for your family’s requirements. Following this, parents and guardians are required to forward confirmation of citizenship and or work permits to the school for approval.

Stage 2 will include completing an enrollment form

Stage 1 – Information for Parents

As an IB continuum school we offer three of the IB programmes for students aged 3-19:

  • The Primary Years Programme (PYP) provides a coherent educational framework for students aged 3 to 12 that focuses on the development of the whole child in the classroom and in the world outside.
  • The Middle Years Programme (MYP) is an international concept-based curriculum for students aged 11 to 16. It provides a framework of academic challenges that encourage students to become critical, reflective inquirers.
  • The Diploma Programme (DP) is a rigorous, academically challenging and balanced programme of education designed to prepare students aged 16 to 19 for success at university and life beyond.

Year level placement is done on the basis of student age. Although we recognise that academic ability can vary significantly amongst students of the same age, we believe that it is important for students to have the opportunity to interact with peers of their own age in order to support their social and emotional development. The below document will be used as a guide for your child’s Year Level placement and school fee quotation.

Stage 2:

Once you have read through the above documentation please complete this online application form:

ISN Enrolment

This online application form which requires the below documentation to be uploaded:

  • Scanned copies of report cards from the most recent two years of your child’s education.
  • In the event of your child requiring additional learning support, please assist in forwarding any assessment results, diagnoses or confirmation from practitioners outlining the details of the additional support required.
  • A scanned copy of the student’s Birth Certificate or passport biodata page showing birth date and citizenship.
  • A scanned copy of the passport bio data page of both parents. 
  • A scanned copy of the student’s permit to study in Fiji if not a Fijian citizen.
  • A scanned copy of the parents work permit for Fiji if not a Fijian Citizen.

Kindly note; sending this documentation to the school does not guarantee your child’s enrollment, we will review the above documentation and revert back to you to confirm whether or not your application will progress to stage 2 of the enrollment process.

Information regarding payments

For security reasons, fees should be deposited directly into the school bank account:

Important: Please ensure when making direct deposits that you include the Invoice number in the narrative to indicate who the fees are for.

When fees are paid from overseas, bank charges must be included in the deposit. (Invoice is in FJD)

International School Nadi does reserve the right to withhold reports, transcripts, references and awards if school fees are not paid in full. Fees are not refundable for students holidaying or leaving school before the end of the school term. Cost of swimming, camps and excursions, MAP Growth Fees and the e-Assessment levy will be invoiced separately.
