How to Enrol
Thank you for considering International School Nadi as a potential option for your child’s education! International School Nadi has been facilitating learning for over 30 years and we look forward to assisting you with any enquiries you may have.
Enrolment Process: Brief Overview
There are three stages to our enrolment process. Stage 1 of the enrolment process includes providing parents/guardians with the relevant information they will need in order to identify whether ISN is suitable for your family’s requirements. Parents/guardians can do this by accessing our website, coming in to campus for a tour if interested, and/or accessing the documents below.
Stage 2 will include completing the enrolment form. In this form, parents and guardians are required to upload any relevant documents of any relevant (for example, IDs, citizenship, permits).
Stage 3: approval process—the enrolment application will be approved by the heads of school and relevant curriculum departments.

Stage 1: Enquiring Stage & Information for Parents
As an International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum school we offer three of the IB programmes for students aged 3-19:
- The Primary Years Programme (PYP) provides a coherent educational framework for students aged 3 to 12 that focuses on the development of the whole child in the classroom and in the world outside.
- The Middle Years Programme (MYP) is an international concept-based curriculum for students aged 11 to 16. It provides a framework of academic challenges that encourage students to become critical, reflective inquirers.
- The Diploma Programme (DP) is a rigorous, academically challenging and balanced programme of education designed to prepare students aged 16 to 19 for success at university and life beyond.

Year level placement is done on the basis of student age. Although we recognise that academic ability can vary significantly amongst students of the same age, we believe that it is important for students to have the opportunity to interact with peers of their own age in order to support their social and emotional development. The documents below will be used as a guide for your child’s Year Level placement and school fee quotation.

Stage 2: Enrolment Application
Once you have read through the above documentation please complete the below application form. Please note, our enrolment application is entirely online.
Required documentation for enrolment:
- Scanned copies of report cards from the most recent two years of your child’s education.
- In the event of your child requiring additional learning support, please assist in forwarding any assessment results, diagnoses or confirmation from practitioners outlining the details of the additional support required.
- A scanned copy of the student’s Birth Certificate or passport biodata page showing birth date and citizenship.
- A scanned copy of the passport bio data page of both parents.
- A scanned copy of the student’s permit to study in Fiji if not a Fijian citizen.
- A scanned copy of the parents work permit for Fiji if not a Fijian Citizen.
Stage 3: Approval Process
Thank you for submitting the enrolment(s)! We look forward to processing it. Please allow for 5 working days to hear back from the school regarding the confirmation of enrolment and the next steps.
Kindly note, sending this documentation to the school does not guarantee your child’s enrolment, we will review the above documentation and revert back to you to confirm whether or not your application will progress to stage 3.
