International School Nadi’s Strategic Plan (2025–2030)

International School Nadi is proud to present its Strategic Plan 2025–2030, a clear, consultative roadmap that builds on our founding principles and charts an ambitious, achievable path for the School’s future. Developed with input from parents, staff, students, the Board and an accredited international education consultant, the Plan focuses on five interrelated priorities: Our students and their education; Staff leadership; School culture and community; Infrastructure improvement; and Finance and governance. Together these priorities aim to strengthen ISN’s mission to educate, nurture and empower local and international students in western Fiji and to reinforce our vision of being the premier school of choice in the region. The Plan outlines specific actions  from expanding subject and co‑curricular offerings and enhancing IB outcomes to improving facilities, governance and financial sustainability and explains how progress will be translated into annual operational plans and reported to the community.
